sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<p>Lighthouse Biotech is a project aimed at extracting circulating tumor cells from a simple blood draw, keeping them intact to avoid alteration of their metabolism, making them traceable even in very early stages of the disease.<\/p>\n<p>The separation process developed enables storing these cells in biobanks, using them in cell cultures to create artificial disease models for drug testing, or analyzing the cells to clarify disease mechanisms, understand the patient&#8217;s condition, and, most importantly, recommend personalized therapies.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_6,1_6,1_6&#8243; vive e intatte per evitarne la ripetizione con metabolismo alterato in modo da renderle rintracciabili anche in fasi molto precoci della malattia.\n\nIl processo di separazione sviluppato rende possibile archiviare le cellule in biobanche, utilizzarle in colture cellulari per creare modelli artificiali di malattia su cui testare, ad esempio, farmaci o analizzare le cellule per chiarire i
